There was a time
That was not that long ago
What I thought was my path in life
was not my path at all
I knew in my heart
That I had to choose
To leave the past behind
To have a future
The one that was to be mine
Meant I had to look inside of myself
To find what I like to call that inner child of mine
To be able to smile for no reason at all
Amazing how life can surprise you
When you believe in the universe
And trust that when you believe you shall receive
For when in doubt you will go without
It is my wish that for all of you that read this you also find your bliss
Remember the universe is listening
