It is TRUE I do this every single day, and even as I drive in my car the radio is off and I get into my silent moment and say my mantra.  I repeat it over and over and over.

I am a believer in the power of the universe and that what we put out there into the universe it comes back to us.  Believe and your shall receive when in doubt you will always go without.

Be mindful of your thoughts, as we all know they become your words and your actions.

Everyone is getting involved with this Ice Bucket Challenge!

FREEDOM FROM UGLINESS!!

I am a 57 year old male who came upon Elsa's Services when she was recommended to me by a friend at the end of 2013.  I have suffered almost all of my life with severe ingrown toenails. What usually happens is the ends of the toenails form sharp points and puncture the skin, thus causing infections constantly and making the toes extremely sensitive.  Stubbing my toe or kicking a ball would just about send me through the roof or drop me to my knees.  This usually resulted in me gouging out and cutting the corners of the toenails which was extremely painful.  But once that was done, the swelling would go down and the toes would gradually return to normal.  Until the next time which usually occurred about 1 month later and the process would start all over again.  When I was in my teens, my one toe was so bad that I had to go into the hospital for surgery to cut the side of my one toe nail out.  This helped for a while but it did not cure the problem and before long it was repeating itself.

Elsa introduced me to a German method of dealing with the problem called "bracing".  It is basically the same as the Breatherite nose strips except these are small thin bands with a spring in the centre which are glued across the end of your toenail.  This causes the ends of the toenail to lift so as the nail grows it bypasses the skin so that it does not puncture it.  We started the process in January and checked the progress every few weeks.  I believe we replaced the bands about 5 times.  There were times Elsa wanted to throw in the towel but together we were patient and in May, the bands finally came off for good.  The results can be seen in the pictures we took as we progressed.  I have always wanted to wear sandals but never bought them because my toes were always so ugly looking.  I can now say that I am proud to walk barefoot or wear my sandals in public and to me that is nothing short of a miracle.  The cost for the procedure is very minimal and well worth it when one sees the results.

I strongly recommend Elsa's services in this regard.  If you are skeptical, I would say give it a try.  You have nothing to lose except the PAIN  that is associated with ingrown toenails!!
